I recommend a pump action shotgun. Maximum damage at close range but your aim accuracy does not need to be great because of the scatter. Bonus is that the sound of the pump action will stop most intruders in their tracks so you are less likely to have to pull the trigger.
Handguns are notoriosly inaccurate and a lot more people shoot themselves or a loved one with them by accident. Or kids can get a hold of them and can easily waive them around.

Not really worth the effort, but the primary maga news source, Fox, settled a lawsuit for 3/4 of a billion for lying in favor of Trump. They argued in court that their news opinion shows were lies that no serious viewer could mistake for anything but entertainment, therefore lying was fine. Oan and Newsmax also settled for lying in Trump's favor.

Trump hasn’t harmed me - just the contrary. My city has spent a ton of $ on migrants and that’ll go down, and my taxes will go a fair amount down as well. I’m not a huge fan of how he acts, but his policies are FAR better for me.
