Kudos to you for divining that out of it. I've read it three times and I still don't know what the fvck she is getting at, other than that she's angry that it multiple different sources discovered and later reported that Russia was illegally trying to influence and interfere with a US national election. I guarantee no lawyers did any drafting or review of that weirdo cut-and-paste spaghetti job. And my opinion of her intelligence has dropped considerably.
