New York State has campaign finance laws. New York State has tax laws. You asked what the crimes were. Those were the crimes. The jury found that he was trying to conceal those crimes.
The statute says nothing about having to be charged with the other crimes or convicted of those crimes.
It's really dumb to keep bringing this up.
What are the New York state laws regarding federal elections?
The jury was instructed that Trump was guilty of crimes he was never charged for by a corrupt judge.
It's really dumb for you to keep doubling down on this when you have absolutely no idea wtf you're talking about.
New York Law - Read it
§ 17-152. Conspiracy to promote or prevent election. Any two or more persons who conspire to promote or prevent the election of any person to a public office by unlawful means and which conspiracy is acted upon by one or more of the parties thereto, shall be guilty of a misdemeanor.
This is one of the other crimes. Notice it just says - election of any person to public office. That includes a presidential election.
I've shown you that you were wrong. You've tormented people for months with that stupid talking point, not realizing how absolutely wrong you've been the whole time.
You've earned every insult, 10 times over. I don't feel bad about calling you dumb, at all.
YOu are an ambulance chaser? I bet so. You don't really know the law.
Here's another explanation of how the charges against Trump became a felony:
Under New York law, falsification of business records is a crime when the records are altered with an intent to defraud. To be charged as a felony, prosecutors must also show that the offender intended to "commit another crime" or "aid or conceal" another crime when falsifying records. In Trump's case, prosecutors said that other crime was a violation of a New York election law that makes it illegal for "any two or more persons" to "conspire to promote or prevent the election of any person to a public office by unlawful means," as Justice Juan Merchan explained in his instructions to the jury. What exactly those "unlawful means" were in this case was up to the jury to decide. Prosecutors put forth three areas that they could consider: a violation of federal campaign finance laws, falsification of other business records or a violation of tax laws. Jurors did not need to agree on what the underlying "unlawful means" were. But they did have to unanimously conclude that Trump caused the business records to be falsified, and that he "did so with intent to defraud that included an intent to commit another crime or to aid or conceal the commission thereof."
Also, I'd like to see sworn statements from soldiers in the bottom 10% of EVERY unit he was ever in, to MAKE SURE that they ALL loved him, unconditionally.
Anything short of that will CONFIRM my Marxist, evil view of him (even though I've never heard him speak, once).

Thanks.
But I did read a few paragraphs of his Wikipedia page earlier this morning, stopping before his political career even began.
I now consider myself an expert on his life and career.
And all joking aside, I now already know more about him than tens of millions of people who's vote will count JUST AS MUCH as mine in November!

And a BUNCH of the FELON Americans no doubt trump Trump, too !!!
It's FAIRLY bad that the Republican party has TWICE picked a guy that makes you at least pause a MOMENT at the question: "Republican Party nominee for president v. Gacy/Dahmer/Manson?"
Choices, choices.....
But hey, AT LEAST his followers don't remind us of some guy named Jim Jones......
And a BUNCH of the FELON Americans no doubt trump Trump, too !!!
The felony charges are a sham. They demonstrate the criminality of the left not of Trump.
Regardless, Trump policies are good for the country.
Democrat policies are terrible for the country.
Trump could be a serial killer he would still be a no brainer to vote for when the alternative is a Democrat.
If you're in Ohio and not Russia, I actually feel OK wasting my time making this point to you: What you wrote above could (literally!) be used to justify voting for Hitler (yep, everyone's favorite, Hitler!) over any Democrat.
His GPA score is 97.3%, SAT score is 1560, enrolled in a top high school, does tons of extracurricular work. He was rejected by multiple colleges. They call this equity and inclusion.
