any ideas on where the thower coach is going from ISU? The head coach seem not to be a popular guy to work with (7 coaches left) or the pay is crap
Eh I don't think that's fair. He had one coach leave to be a HC at his alma mater. Another left coaching altogether (understandable) and his jumps coach just left to take a power 5 job. ISU is a mid major, and is a stepping stone to other jobs. Work there for a few years, win a conference title or two, then move on to something better. Doesn't seem that weird to me.
you're supposed to step up not down or to the side. Augustana is down grade. st marys is a downgrade. jumps coach left full time job for a part time job. sprints coach left mvc for ovc position. latest throws coach is out of the sport. so is the other coach. to finish out the 7. doesn't sound like a successful stepping stone.
East Strousburg (PA) hires Courtney Stafford from Cal St Fullerton
Shane Niksic promoted to Head XC at Colorado Mesa
Michigan still quiet? Assuming finding an ops person has taken importance over throws.
Campbell head coach stepped down today.
I asked before but will ask again. If U of M is looking for Operation person, Is Freddie B. leaving? If so where is he going.

The job is an assistant to the assistant. So turnover is going to happen.
Well, they have been pretty good in the sprints for many years even with the turnover so I guess what they are doing is working with a lead sprints assistant and an assistant to an assistant. Plus every coach that has left has a good job, so it worked for them it appears. Probably a great move for this coach and a great opportunity for her to grow and learn and advance her career. Wish her the best!
2 head coaches leave in 2 years and how many assistants also fired/quit? Now they bring in a guy out of mothballs. Seems like a decent school. Why can't they get their CCTF program in order? Is the common denominator the AD?
Sounds like you have the inside scoop?
Is Peterson the coach that had some "problems" at Arizona that were discussed on this board? Is this a rebound job?
