Of course you have brought this up before, but let me summarize again.

In regards to debt, I sold two houses debt free in 2011 and 2014. I purchased one nicer home in 2013, financed a portion at 2.875%. After I sold the second house, I paid down half the mortgage debt, and paid off my son’s undergraduate student loans, and my daughter’s law school student loans. I get deferred income and stock options, they pay out at retirement, these funds will be used to pay off the mortgage. I currently save 50% of my income. I originally borrowed funds so I could write-off the interest, but with the change in the tax law and smaller balance there is no longer a tax benefit.

First let me say that your first paragraph makes you sound nuts. Have a drink.

Regarding the debt, you did not address the issue. The point is that you have debt, yet you lack tolerance of others with the same. It doesn’t matter how you amassed your debt, or how you intend to erase it. The bottom line is you have debt, yet complain about others in the same boat. That’s the definition of hypocrisy.

But you are the guy that has been sucking off a government pension for years. Oh, and financed by debt. At least I am paying mine back, while tax payers like me have to pay for you lazy slobs.

I have a very nice home that is worth 40% more than what I paid for it.
