You have so much Ukrainian spunk in your eyes you can't see reality.
The business records are a minor misdemeanor unless there's another crime.
Not one of you leftist idiots has any idea what the case was even about. Much like the judge in the case you don't care about the law you just care about rigging the 2024 election and getting the scary orange man.
You explained it perfectly. You fully understand all 34 of Trump's felonies. There's nothing more to explain.
The jury was presented with enough evidence to convict given the criteria you listed above.
The jury doesn't convict - they make a judgement of guilty or not guilty. Whatever you paid for your law degree - try to get a refund.
Further proof that A-Dolt is a troll. He has had this explained dozens of times but he keeps asking it.
As far as being a Russian troll, I'm not sure. But he does spend lots of time pumping Putin's talking points on the Russia war thread.
What was the crime?
How's that Ukraine war you've all completely lost interest in going for Ukraine?
You provoked a war demanded Ukraine fight, promised to support them, and then you completely abandoned them. You're a real hero.
The jury found that there was enough evidence to show that he was attempting to conceal the following 2 crimes, tax evasion and campaign finance violations.
Those are the other 2 crimes. You don't need to ask any more.
You know you made a good VP pick when lifelong Republicans in Minnesota are jumping on social media to defend their Democrat Governor because they like him.

Campaign finance violations are a federal crime.
The FEC looked at the facts of the case and declined to prosecute because there was no violation of the law.
The corrupt judge refused to let the chair of the FEC testify to this as an expert on the subject because it would have been devastating to the case.
Thank you for admitting the case is complete and utter bullsh*t.
Now that don-OLD DUMP is being compared to Harris and not Biden, more people are seeing him as too old and in questionable health.
The results show that now Trump is facing off against the 59-year-old Harris, fewer voters believe Trump is in "good health," falling 6 points from 58 percent to 52.
Since Biden dropped out of the race, more than half (51 percent) now say that Trump is too old—up from 44 percent—and the number of people believing the former president is mentally fit has fallen 5 points from 53 percent to 48.
The 34 counts of "falsifying business records" by labeling payments to a lawyer as "legal expenses" can only be elevated to felonies of the records were "falsified" in furtherance of another crime.
What was the other crime? Was it a federal crime" Do you have any idea?
I still don't understand how you think you look slick by pretending to be ignorant regarding a question that literally ever reader of your post, including you, knows the answer to. It's confounding.
Can someone help me out on what his schtick or strategy is here? What am I missing? I can't see any idiotic gotcha in this, or even an idiotic setup for an idiotic gotcha. Is he really this deluded and lame?
You know you made a good VP pick when lifelong Republicans in Minnesota are jumping on social media to defend their Democrat Governor because they like him.
An old white socialist isn't the boost you think it is.

This is really interesting. I'm no expert on the military but my understanding is that Walz rose through the armed forces meritocracy from the bottom to a very high officer rank, while most officers go through the academies or OTC school. Which means he had his stuff together in a major way.
Hertling:
Many followers not familiar with the military are asking me “so what’s the big deal about a command sergeant major?” Walz joined at 18 as a private. Rose through the NCO (sergeant) ranks, each requiring extreme competence at increasingly demanding jobs with more people & responsibility at every rank. When you reach “Master Sergeant” you are selected to serve as a First Sergeant (1SG) of a unit…if you’re good enough. Then, those 1SGTs compete for selection to Sergeant Major. Only the best Sergeant Majors are selected for Command Sergeant Major (CSM) billets. CSMs serve as the senior enlisted person in the unit and the advisor to Commanders at battalion and above. Having served with dozens of CSMs as my unit & command “battle buddy” I will attest they were all awesome. They know what they’re doing. They uphold standards. They speak their minds to all ranks (private to generals). They’re not afraid of getting bad news because they know how to fix things when they go wrong. And they serve the command (their commander and their soldiers) with a selfless integrity and a complete dedication. During social events and informal occasions, they’re usually a whole bunch of fun. And they always have great stories. But they’re always professional. So, those are my thoughts on Command Sergeants Major. While I don’t know the details of @GovTimWalz career wearing the cloth of our country, just the fact that he volunteered to serve and wore the CSM rank tells me a lot about him.
No, he stayed enlisted, not an officer. Went from the lowest enlisted rank (E1) to the highest (E9), although he retired at one below that (E8).
Hopefully, that all says good things about him. Of course, as in ANY profession, it doesn't always. We can all be reminded that Mike Flynn was a freakin' 3-star Army intelligence officer. Tremendous career. And as full-blown a Trumper psycho as one can get. And a million other examples like this from the history of mankind.
Credit for military/professional accomplishments? Yes? Proof of his superior character or abilities? Not necessarily. Of course.
And (LTG/3-star, I think) Hertling knows all that.

It will be thrown out on appeal.
New York State has campaign finance laws. New York State has tax laws. You asked what the crimes were. Those were the crimes. The jury found that he was trying to conceal those crimes.
The statute says nothing about having to be charged with the other crimes or convicted of those crimes.
Can I assume that your question about why he kept citing New York law has been sufficiently answered by the fact that it is a New York State case?
The 34 counts of "falsifying business records" by labeling payments to a lawyer as "legal expenses" can only be elevated to felonies if the records were "falsified" in furtherance of another crime.
What was the other crime? Was it a federal crime" Do you have any idea?
I think you are misunderstanding the case, although admittedly it is subtle and will certainly be challenged on appeal.
The 34 counts of falsifying business records are elevated to felony status not because they were committed in furtherance of another crime, but because they were committed in furtherance of an illegal goal. I'm not sure if this is semantics or if there is some significance to the distinction between a crime and an illegal goal in this context.
The jury was presented with several illegal goals that could have been furthered by the underlying falsification of the business records, including violation of federal election laws and tax laws.
I hope that helps.
"The jury was told it had to find that the falsification of the business records was intended to achieve an illegal goal, and it was presented with several illegal goals that would qualify including violation of federal election laws and violations of tax laws."
More insults. Nice! When you can't beat with the wittiness of your argument you hurl insults. Pretty pathetic.
I've shown you that you were wrong. You've tormented people for months with that stupid talking point, not realizing how absolutely wrong you've been the whole time.
You've earned every insult, 10 times over. I don't feel bad about calling you dumb, at all.

It's really dumb to keep bringing this up.
What are the New York state laws regarding federal elections?
The jury was instructed that Trump was guilty of crimes he was never charged for by a corrupt judge.
It's really dumb for you to keep doubling down on this when you have absolutely no idea wtf you're talking about.

You need a new game. Something different. over and over with the same phrases...
Try something different than: "not the ......... that you think it is". You must use that about 20 times per day.

YOu are an ambulance chaser? I bet so. You don't really know the law.
David Rothkopf @djrothkopf I'm already loving watching MAGAland trying to portray a the highest ranking enlisted officer ever to serve in the US Congress, a 24 year Army national guard veteran, hunter-fisherman, ex-state champion football coach and teacher with a deeply mainstream record as a "leftist."
Agip - how is the market today? I am unable to look. LOL.
We know the market is up because there hasn't been a slew of threads started by the usual weirdos today.
