There never was a client list. This was a M#GA invention. Epstein was a tremendously evil man but he was also very intelligent. Keeping a list of everyone who had sex with one of the victims of his sex trafficking scheme would be like El Chapo keeping a list of everyone who he killed.

But there are definitely Epstein files. And those files will definitely have information about who the FBI suspected had sex with Epstein's victims and information about people who may have known about what Epstein was doing. Trump has to be mentioned as he was very close with Epstein during the peak years of his sex trafficking operation.

But there could be many others who the FBI suspected of having sex with Epstein's victims or having some knowledge of what was going on. And this is where it gets interesting. Epstein was plugged into a Who's Who of politicians, celebrities, royalty, ultra wealthy, artists, scientists and so on. To give an example, Noam Chomsky was friends with Epstein and admitted that he went on a dinner date with Epstein and (wait for it) Woody Allen. So, that is why Trump will never let the investigation go public. It will raise too many questions about what did Trump know about and when. And it may take down a lot of very wealthy and powerful people.

Inflation still up. Cost of living still sucks if you aren’t rich. This administration has done nothing but run the deficit up while patting themselves on their own backs and acting like Jeffrey Epstein killed himself.

That is a reasonable theory, but it is completely incorrect. The truth is that the Epstein files that the administration has are the same information that is in the possession of the State and federal Courts, since those files were used used to prosecute him. Dershowitz was Epstein's lawyer, so he has seen all of the files and know who and what is in them. (Be serious, if Epstein had "dirt on Dershowitz", Dershowitz could never have repesented him.) Dershowitz has said that if Epstein had worked for Mossad, he would have been able to get him a better deal than he got. Dershowitz has also said that there is no client list in the court files; what there is are a number of affidavits by the girls as to who they had sex with. He has said that that he personally would love to see the files made public, but since a lot of the material has been sealed by order of the Court, he cannot divulge names, and in fact, neither can Bondi, unless she goes back to the Courts and asks them to unseal the records. He has also said that most of the names have already been divulged, and that the ones who have not are not famous and not members of the current administration. (Dershowitz also says that while he does believe that Epstein committed suicide, he was probably aided in doing so by prison staff.) So much as I despise Trump, in this case, the actions of Bondi appear likely correct.

That's not entirely correct. The Epstein files in Bondo's possession include the FBI and DOJ files, much (most?) of which would never have made it into court: e.g., attorney work product, witness statements, depositions, law enforcement notes, photos, online research, subpoenaed documents, and all kinds of evidence that was never presented to courts (keep in mind the cases never went close to trial).

There is plenty that Dershowitz never saw. See above. Also, Epstein certainly had dirt on Dershowitz (unless you think Giuffre and other victims were lying), which is probably one reason BOTH Epstein and Dershowitz wanted Dershowitz to represent Epstein.

If true, that is a really weird thing for Dershowitz to say. It contradicts what Acosta said, and it strongly suggest that Dershowitz believes the US criminal justice system is corrupted by Israeli intelligence. I find it hard to believe he would say anything that false and against Israel, but I could be wrong.

We know Epstein never sat down with a piece of paper and wrote "Client List" at the top and started naming names. But, if the victims are to be believed, there was a large number of criminals (like Dershowitz) involved in Epstein's crimes and there was a large law enforcement investigation that undoubtedly discovered and developed large amounts of evidence of "clients" and what they did, when they did it, where they did, and with whom. But with Trump and Bondo obstructing things (for reasons we can surmise), we'll never see any of it.

Bondo could easily ask courts to unseal whatever they sealed (if they even sealed anything - I think Dershowitz is referring to his personal civil cases with the victim Giuffre). In any case, I don't think sealed court records are what is being discussed at the moment. This is about the FBI and DOJ files, much of which is not subject to any court order. To the extent it's "sealed" it's because of FBI and DOJ policy.

For many reasons, Dershowitz is full of sh!t on this topic and he is not credible regarding anything to do with Epstein.
