You and I agree on most things in this thread. I caution against using the word "incompetence". The Trump admin doesn't dot i's and cross t's, but they are very skillfully playing their base to deeply desire a police state that controls free speech while enacting these policies. They call it free speech while crushing free speech. The call it states rights while stomping states rights. They have installed loyalists at every level of government and removed almost all oversight. They have turned political corruption at a never before seen level into background noise.
What seems like incompetence is often just distractions from the march to authoritarianism or other nefarious deeds. Or in the case of "complementing" the Liberian president on his speech, Trump was really dog whistling to his racist supporters. Though I will concede that he may not have known their official language is English.
I suspect that what you really mean to do is to caution against assuming/believing that it's always incompetence. If that, then I certainly agree.
But it certainly often IS incompetence. Trump is a dumb, arrogant, sloppy human being (and at least partially lazy - see: disinterest in intelligence briefings...and god knows what else).
And only tolerates (at least at this point, apparently) Yes Men.
Those factors will lead to great and frequent displays of incompetence. And his business history and time as president are absolutely chock full of them.

How are they opposed? Palestine is a national identity. Flying the flag could mean support for the human rights of oppressed poeople. Rainbow flag indicating tolerance of sexual orientation is a personal belief. Together they indicate a person who believes in protection of human rights regardless of nationality or orientation.

I'm not sure you are correct. My understanding is that if an anchor baby is born on a farm, then the farm owner has discretion in awarding the anchor baby amnesty for the birthright violation.

I followed the Combs trial reasonably closely and the two convictions they got are bulletproof. I think that section of the Mann act is total bullshift, but it is the law, and Combs practically admitted he violated it, ALL the testimony shows he did, and none of it was close to inadmissible. And Dershowitz WAS a great appellate lawyer in his heyday. If you watch him on Fox now, his skills have clearly declined.
Nauta is bald headed and of questionable citizenship (Guamamonium). He lied to a federal grand jury about bathroom business.
