Despite the fact that Manafort's partner was Tony Podesta, the brother of Hillary's campaign manager. He got immunity to testify against his business partner btw. He committed all the same crimes but he was a Democrat and the gestapo didn't think he could get anything on Trump.

I'm not adamant about it...I just think it will be in positive territory...again, due to projections I've heard so far. Sometimes projections are wrong.

FWIW the Atlanta Fed forecasts 3Q GDP growth coming in at +2.4% and views the Blue Chimp consensus to be +1.2%.
So it does sound like Flagpole is correct that there is a broad consensus that the 3Q will have at least some GDP Growth.

Manafort violated the plea deal and lied to Mueller's team in order to protect Jr and Jared. Certainly, that added years to his sentence. I don't know if it was out of loyalty, or he was just expecting Trump to return the favor by pardoning him.

Hard to say. How do you compare dirtiness? Trump has probably committed copious amounts of tax fraud and other business related crimes. Hilary and Biden, as career politicians, certainly have committed crimes relating to politics and corruption and stuff. How can you really compare? Trump as an outsider hasn’t had to form the insider relationships the Bidens and Clintons have. A good comparison on the Republican side would be the Cheneys, and I know you hate Liz maybe for similar reasons.
