After years of watching Mo hang in the back of track 10ks, I'm not concerned that he'll fall off.
This is what he does. All the f'ing time.

One of these pacers should push on to try and steal it. I don't know who they are or what they're capable of, but they have a good advantage at 25k

Kirui is stringing out the pack again.
The guys is a near god. Whiel I'm praising him for getting with the rabbits. he needs to learn to let them do the work.
Kirui is best in the world besides Kipchoge for the last 2 years. I mean in Boston this year, he looked bored until he cramped up.
agree about g.kirui. what about other top 10 this year compared to last. would you have adola and kandie dropping out and geremew and a.kirui in their place if they can finish top 4 here?

Wow, is that Geremew who's been dropped ?!
Sorry my bad, still there, phew
Wow Japanese guy lights it up !
Galen just shoved some other white guy out of his way as they approached that water stop

Dude, you are simply dumb. As someone said, delete your account. Running 2:31 pace early on is perfect.
You're just a hobby jogger. I've run sub 2:30, more than once. You simply don't get it and won't get it.
2:19 is a goal, she was never going to run anywhere near that pace today and stated as such. She may never, but it's a goal. Today is to get under 2:30 and not blow up.
Sit back and watch, stay off the message boards today and congrats on placing in your age group yesterday in you local 5k. Congrats.
Wait, so now you think she is going well because she is not faster than you? Hopefully when you say you've run sub 2.30 many times, you mean well under 2.30, or that y ou u are female? Cos that's an almighty pat on the back for a mediocrity!
How about you two pussies take your cat fight to your own thread and quit annoying us
I doubt Parker can crack 71 for the back half.
Osaka apparently paces Rupp through his track sessions ???

Starting a marathon at just 10 seconds/mile slower than 10k pace? HAHAHA. You dolt, that would be too fast for half marathon pace.
Think a bit.
(hint: No, Anna was never able to run faster than her 10k PB)
I of course didn't expect Gwen to do the same, but still someone with a PB 31:55 is able to run much faster than 2:31, so no, this isn't a good race by her.
Total idiocy from you. You seem to think that based on 26:30 thn marathon pace for elite men should be about 1:55. Hahahahaha.

So right, especially since the elite guys will probably just think they've dropped out and won't worry about them ;-)
It’s not the pacers fault. They are wondering if they are supposed to keep pushing on pace best they can, or drop to front of lead pack. The top men need to get after it and stop the yo-yo back and forth already.
Said the current Japanese national record was set a few years ago in Chicago.
Wrong you idiot.
Gwen still on 2:31 pace
Splits so far
5k - 14:52 - 2:05:15 pace
10k - 30:10- 2:07:04 pace
15k - 45:04- 2:06:34 pace
20k- 59:49 - 2:05:59 pace
Half- 1:03:03 - 2:06:06 pace
25k- 1:15:18 - 2:06:58 pace, it slowed down again, starting to think there won't be any records today.
Man, this is some weird freakin race, but kinda fascinating.
And that's a helluva big pack to still be on 2:06 pace.
This is gonna be a lot of fun.
Taylor Ward (who?) now ahead of Jorgensen at the half.

You're annoying.
I'm not paid to talk on TV about the race. They're not giving very much information about the main race at all.
Did Thweatt drop? Last split was at 15k for her...
Did Thweatt drop out? She’s off the leaderboard

Are you an idiot?
Hint: how do you "kick" in running?
Increase effort. Increase cadence. Increase force.
