The issue is a federation one to solve, not personal to the runners. The current plan is to ignore the fact they dominate because they are intersex or trans. The result is all resources will go to developing intersex athletes for "women's" events. Everyone loses.

Again, it's not personal. There is an insurmountable difference in performance that has to be accounted for at some level.

This is the next problem. This is why runners like Prefontaine made such an impact. Too many pros are afraid to speak out to hurt their reputation. I want to see an athlete speak out. Whatever happened to having personality? Too many try to avoid the mess of getting involved but really they are just adding to it. The whole point of being an athlete shouldn't just be about earning money and impressing your sponsor, it should be about what you stand for and how do you improve the sport? Make an impact! Don't just stand there with no voice, when you have the power to stand up for what is right.

Have you ever tried to speak out in person against PC fascism? I have, and let me tell you that no 17 year old girl should try it! Even a small group of them should avoid getting involved because NO adults will get in the firing line to help them. If someone does it locally, I'll help, but I haven't won a single battle against the PC fascists so far, so having me in your corner doesn't count for much. I will make them pay a much higher price than usual though. I can do that.

The PC fascists are nasty brutal vicious people who don't give a damn who they hurt on their way to creating their version of Utopia. I believe this information is linked earlier in this thread. I believe the info was current (as of sometime in May). I know an April article on Andraya Yearwood stated he had not yet started using any cross-sex hormones. At this point, AFAIK, he has only grown his hair out.

But as "So Stupid" said above, it doesn't matter if he is using estrogen or not. He is a male. By definition transwomen are male. Being male disqualifies him from female sports. Doesn't matter what identity he claims or what sort of tinkering he does with his hormones. He will remain male all his life. This alone disqualifies him from female sports.

We can't always get what we want. We all face disappointments in life. If this boy is going to commit suicide because he can't run girls' track as a boy, then he needs ongoing therapy to learn how to deal with real life situations.

Yearwood's parents need to lobby for an open class or for transgender games rather than allow this male to steal victories from females.

As for those saying this race doesn't matter, I guarantee you it matters to the girls who are losing to this boy. Whatever happened to principle? Whatever happened to the importance of fair play? These things matter. The girls are basically being told that a boys feelings matter more than fairness, honesty and integrity, and this boy and what he wants definitely matters more than they do.

Transsexualism is actually somewhat accepted in a number of Muslim countries, including Iran, which performs more sex changes operations than any other country in the world with the exception of Thailand. Granted, part of this is due to the fact that sex change operations are viewed as a cure for homosexuality. Still, for whatever reason, the Islamic faith does not universally view transgenderism as sinful.

Anyway, with regards to the rest of your post, I think you are making some pretty wild accusations. While I agree that liberal minded people often ignore or at least underplay the misogyny and homophobia inherent in Islam, the idea that your typical politically liberal American is somehow allied with radical Islam is beyond absurd.
