So where will Menlo stack up in the merge against other CA teams?
Seems like Redondo Union fell off after mile 2 in the rated race
As far as I can tell Menlo currently has the best team time out of any of the CA times
Would love for someone else to do the math and prove me wrong because a 581 person private school having the best CA team time at Woodbridge is pretty funny

Yes this D5 team who only has 5 runners on their team is the best california team this year and they went to disneyland

I think the CA time ranking goes Menlo, Mira Costa , Oaks Christian, Matilda Tores, Glendora, Great Oak. If this was the final rankings, CA is so cooked at NXN lmao
Just off this race though. Seems like Redondo, Great Oak, and MLK all heavily underperformed or missed runners that would bump their time by a lot.

oh well at-least 2 teams will get another shot at it at nxn. I don't really think it's a case where california has regressed to like new york, I just think southwest, northwest, south are just way better than us

Their 6th and 7th runners were actually in a different race with their JV guys

plus almost all the best teams are filled with juniors and sophmores for california so we will be back next year

Northeast too. CBA and Ridgefield are incredibly strong this year, I think both teams will place higher than any CA school.
Evan Noonan collapsed at the finish line and stayed there for several minutes, EMS had to get involved. Didn't have his kick today so he's either injured or has whatever sickness rich Gonzalez was warning about. Hope he can recover and rip a fast 3 mile at OC champs next month.
