No conservative wants to ban those topics. However, that’s different from banning people from “teaching” (indoctrinating) that police are inherently racist and 2023 America is 1950 Mississippi
Yep. Nobody wants to ban anything. It’s the indoctrination they want to do away with or at least stymie.
By any reasonable metric Mulvaney is someone any company would want to associate with. She has a billion channel views and 10 million subscribers.
If you want them to be neutral then that would mean ignoring the fact she's trans and working with her. If you want them to overlook her phenomenal amount of followers and refuse to work with her because she's trans, THAT is political.
Now you're really grasping at straws. Mulvaney isn't anywhere near the top of Tiktok influencers in terms of views and subscribers. Bud Light's new marketing VP specifically chose him because he's trans, and they wanted to promote trans ideology (this message is implicit in them celebrating his "365 days of womanhood"). They could have chosen many other influencers with more reach, especially within their target demographic, but they didn't and their sales took a massive hit.
Yep. The easy answer was to create Bud’s version of Zima. But there’s a larger agenda at work here.
Tell me more about how vastly different those are and, again, explain how it’s not down more if Bud Light sales are down 80% as a (gullible) poster claimed.
The Mulvaney reversed the huge uptrend AB was on pretty significantly. AB's Q2 earnings report will be the deciding factor on whether it goes back up, as I doubt Kid Rock and the rest of the boycotters are going to publicly forgive AB and start chugging Bud Lights anytime soon.

The stock price is literally no lower than it was a couple of weeks ago and people here were acting like it crashed.

Not true. In my town in CT a father tried to get a book banned on the first black fighter pilot. Seriously. In Florida they are banning tons of books in school that deal with difficult subjects. Just like the libs are coming for your guns, the right wingers are coming for your history.

Somehow you are confusing stock price (buying and selling of a stock) with product sales. Did you attend high school?

Did you? You’re the genius who claimed BL sales were down 80%. Please, in your words, educate us all in how they’ve “lost $6 billion.”
Somehow you are confusing me saying sales of Bud Light are down 40-80% (they are) with AB (a company with many brands of beer other than Bud Light) losing billions of dollars in aggregate. Did you attend high school?
The Yahoo Finance Live team discusses the decline of Anheuser-Busch stock amid backlash over its partnership with trans TikTok star and spokesperson Dylan Mulvaney.
Legit question. If the right is all into freedoms, the constitution, our rights, etc, then why do they want to constantly censor everything. Books on slavey? Gone. Books on holocaust? Gone? Trans? Cancelled. Gay? Nope, cant have that. There are dozens and dozens of examples throughout the country of complete and utter nazi stuff going on with banning books and teachings of HISTORY. And what’s funny (if you can say it’s funny) is more often than not these right wingers are saying they want this censorship because it makes them feel bad. It makes them feel responsible for things they didn’t do. Or makes them feel uncomfortable. I mean how sensitive and emotional are these people? What kind of wimp of a person says “you can’t teach black history because it makes me feel like I did something wrong”. Too many in the GOP - males in particular - are the biggest, most sensitive fascists to ever live. Fact.
You're overthinking it.
Transexuals make up like what, .5% of the population and engage in a lifestyle most people don't agree with. So put the face of one of these clowns on the side of a can of beverage that mainly conservatives drink and there's your outrage.
Cut off your penis and act like a clown on tiktock, IG, etc and get an endorsement deal? What, if anything about that, is virtuous?
You didn't respond to the actual question which is why does the party of freedom want to ban so many things?
All you said was that trans people are a minority and that you find it weird. So that's your justification? Party of freedom my ass, you're a fascist. If it's not what you like then ban it.

Did you go to high school? I’m aware that you are separate than the other dummies talking about how AB has “lost $6bn” but even you understand that flagship brand revenue implosions and stock prices are highly related. Ask yourself a couple basics.
Who calculated this “40-80%” decrease in Bud Lught brand revenues? Someone within AB? Who else would have accurate brand revenues week-over-week to calculate that? And most of all, how could someone who actually has that data not have a greater level of precisions than “40-80%”?! These should be red flags to you.
Further, if you don’t think a “40-80%” decrease in revenues from their flagship brand beer sales wouldn’t have a greater impact on the stock price than it has just because, yes, they sell other beers, then you haven’t thought this through either.

You are one angry old woke person. Get a grip on yourself ma'am!
We never claimed to be the party of personal freedom. In our utopia there are sensible government interventions, such as the EPA, the IRS, a social safety net, and yeah you can’t go around coughing a deadly virus in people’s faces.
It would be nice if we didn’t have to mandate this stuff but too many people are assholes. The country would be an even bigger hellscape than it already is if we waited for market forces to dictate everything. You’d be breathing polluted air, planes would be falling from the sky, and half of senior citizens would be homeless.
We know government is needed. You try to pretend it’s not but wield it to fight culture wars while being hypocrites about it.
Is it me or does he look like Alexi Pappas in that Zerohedge photo? Have we seen these two in the same room at the same time? I feel like those two clout chasers would be a match made in heaven. We could call them Bravaney.
