Say what you need to soothe yourself. When prospective employers or partners Google your name, the first page of results offers stories and videos of you hurting another human being for a minor place in an event that most other members of society would find silly and useless. They will also read that you were found to be at fault and banned from the event as a consequence of your actions.
Why is this important? Because some HR recruiter or a possible romantic partner will conduct an online search and be concerned that you are overzealous, prone to violence, and that you exhibit sociopathic behaviors. Your interview with "Legggs" regarding fighting your aggressive habits from your days as soccer player and your tone deaf self-defense posts on LRC further cement that image.
You may be a very capable and successful person in your field but, this is going to follow you around for some time. Rather than spending time smugly justifying yourself on this forum, perhaps you should spend that time rehabilitating your online image?
