I was a registered Republican for years. But I look at what the party is doing now and it disgusts me.

They are talking about taking away freedom, raising taxes on the poor and middle class and lowering taxes on the wealthy.

Taking away health insurance and women's rights, yet, people still, for some inexplicable reason think they care about the country.

There is no doubt there was an attempt to overthrow the government and that government officials and politicians were involved yet the party leadership wants to forget it happened.

We're losing Democracy. Please wake up.

Most people aren't political scientists and most (or enough) have narrow, short-sighted, and self-interested perspectives.
