Using a government agency for a personal / political vendetta is not the intent of the FBI. These are the stated priorities of the FBI:

Protect the U.S. from terrorist attack
Protect the U.S. against foreign intelligence, espionage, and cyber operations
Combat significant cyber criminal activity
Combat public corruption at all levels
Protect civil rights
Combat transnational criminal enterprises
Combat significant white-collar crime
Combat significant violent crime

Under Biden / Garland the DOJ / FBI have been used to police PTA meetings, attack political opponents, retrieve Ashely Biden's diary, put lawmakers on notice over the prevention of puberty blockers and non-reversible surgical procedures on pre-pubescent children, etc. Meanwhile, they have allowed a flood of unknown immigrants to pretty much freely pass across the border (which the director, himself, publicly acknowledges is a significant security threat), stymied the investigation into Biden's crackhead son, etc. The politicization of this agency is reminiscent of the KGB.

Meanwhile Biden is trying to destroy the small business owner with his IRS retool and at the same time empowering the rich hedge fund managers with great tax breaks. He should be empowering the small business owners and investigating the hedge fund billionaires who do nothing but collect commissions and harm blue collar workers at the companies they destroy to liberate pension money.
