Maybe "verify me" can help Mimi put photos up on Strava that are linked to where they were taken on the course. That is what Sandy Vi has been doing since day one.

For all the conjecture and half truth posted here, I haven't seen anyone actually post any evidence of her actually running, or making any continued progress at all.. Just allegation and innuendo. So if you believe she is then where's the actual proof?

I can't. Because I'm not on her crew. But they're two different people using two different methods and it's really irrelevant what you guys want or indeed what you consider a gold standard. Basically, the burden of proof is on the runner. Not the other way around.

Guys, I've completed work on the resampling function in my RunDevil 666 Strava spoofing tool and I've created two spoofs for Mimi's runs today before they've even finished or uploaded the data:

I have created a spoof of Mimi's run from this morning (Oct. 7, 2017) BEFORE she has even uploaded it to Strava, based on the planned route on her website:

Scam, it would be interesting to compare Mimi before the "vacation day" (40 mile day) to the Mimi since then. The results so far indicate a major change in pace, speed and rest time. The change is rather dramatic.

I don't think it's necessary, though. Strava, Garmin Connect, Movescount, Map My Run - they all work on the same principles and they can all be spoofed in the same way.

I don't believe Mimi is cheating in this way. But is it technically possible? Definitely.

The Strava data is proof. It's up to doubters not to prove that it can be spoofed but that it has been. Can anyone do that?

So the best you can do when someone disagrees with you is to call them a troll rather than discuss the point raised?

Because you can't seem to work this out yourself I'll say it again. Until you or someone else PROVES the Strava data is wrong it is proof. Name calling won't change that.

Strava data cannot be the primary proof for a transcon run without other strong supporting evidence that backs up what is in the Strava data. For the first 2 weeks of Mimi's Strava data up and down mountains, that supporting evidence does not exist because she and her team lied about what they did to their Race Drone GPS trackers. It is easy to convincingly create fake Strava data like I have shown. I consider Mimi's transcon run to be null and void unless she can produce non stop video evidence showing her doing the entire runs for the first two weeks.
