How many of you people had never heard of Robert Young before this thread? LR made him famous. And guess what, Asher and Rob know each other. Rob is an attention seeking opportunist - he has to be because it's his only income. My point is, he just used letsrun for a platform for attention. As it turns he has all the data he needs and has ran the entire way. Everyone here is getting trolled and in the end Rob will have enough followers on social media to acquire more sponsorship.

Exactly. If you aren't going to give any narrative or updates. How about a video or two. some pictures? Something simple like "they started running at 4:30am and Rob looks fresh'. Anything. they already made it clear that they aren't doing this stealth. So why not do some reporting if Rob and his team know whey they are there and know full well their purpose. You are right. We have no right to demand it because we aren't there. But that doesn't mean we can't criticize. We all have a lot invested in this thread and that fuels our need to see something now that Boots are on the ground.

He gets a lot more "fame" from his ridiculous marathon. I unfortunately watched the documentary...and sadly it appears there will be more of them. Just stupid. It's weird what people will buy into.

The guy is on the Mount Rushmore of ultra-running. And is perhaps the most respected among his peers.
