For Steven Abraham's most distance cycled in a year attempt, I recall that Garmin data (including HR data) had to be uploaded to Strava daily before midnight for the record to be approved. Why doesn't Guinness have this (as well as log books etc and 10 minutes of video per day) as a minimum requirement to approve such records?
