FYI: Unemployment numbers are eligible people who receive unemployment compensation from the government when they have lost their job. Being fired for cause, being paid under the table in cash are disqualifiers. And how is someone who was deported applying and getting unemployment?

Well, I know that members of one political party have been most vociferous about “Big Pharma” and “Big Tech” acting against the people’s interests. Those crying out have been harsh critics of the “greed” of many private interests.
And although nearly all of those people have also been critical of “Big Government” at least as much, you really think NOAA and the NWS (or the national parks or cancer research funding, for that matter) have been anywhere near the forefront of their concerns in those diatribes?
