Yes, you are aptly named a "stupid comparison". I pointed out that an incident involving what was technically an indecent assault occurred in a bar where I was, and then asked whether commenters here saw the young woman involved as having committed a criminal act for which she should be punished. You might then ponder why charges will not in all likelihood be brought.
I would estimate that young man involved, while possibly embarrassed, probably doesn't see himself as a victim requiring an outpouring of public sympathy for the supposed ordeal he has been through. And most people would view it the same way, or the courts would be full of such cases. They aren't.
Right, and my point is that the man is a victim and could/should bring charges against the perpetrator of that indecent assault. Perhaps the better question to ponder is why the man in this case does not see himself as a victim. Clearly you are outraged by the woman's actions as am I. Why shouldn't men hold women to the same standard of civility and decency?
No, I am not outraged. I am fairly indifferent to it - like most people apparently, or there would be an sizeable number of prosecutions for such incidents. You "outragees" are in quite a minority.
