The best aggies guys don't do the entire xc season. They only have to do their home race, the PA championships, and one other race to make the comped team for nationals.

He says in the article $400 for a month supply. That's $4,800/year($9,600/two years). He says he won $40.000. So that's still a decent financial incentive.

That money doesn't include the value of the accommodations he scammed out of race directors. This guy is a fraud.

Seriously, does anyone here really believe that this guy has been running clean prior to his coming clean about being dirty? I've always been suspicious of him and remain suspicious of a number of folks who haven't got caught yet.

I'm in no position to judge and/or call you a piece of shit like many other will and already have. I will, however, call you out and say that I wish you NOT continuing to pretend that you did this in any righteous way at all. You ONLY ONLY ONLY fessed up after you got caught. I was suspicious about many athletes that turned to be dopers. So now you are trying to tell me how I should think or write on this message board.

You should add to your list:

- Doing push ups by the finish line.

- Three D size jaws.

So I posted this earlier in the thread but I want to point it out again. I have traveled to Tijuana with the intention of buying drugs back when I used to be an addict. I never bought performance enhancing drugs but did buy lots of xanax and oxy and things of that nature. When you go to Mexico you can buy this stuff OTC and try to smuggle it back, and if you get caught you are screwed. HOWEVER, if you go to most Mexican pharmacies they usually have a doctor working for them in another business that is usually across or around the corner from the pharmacia. What you do is you walk to that doctor, get him to WRITE you an Rx for a nominal fee, then you take it to the pharmacy and they give you the pills. Why pay extra for the Rx when you can buy it OTC? Because when you come back over the border you can declare it to customs, show your Rx, and then you LEGALLY get to carry it across the border.

This guy is actually THAT dumb. Instead of paying a small fee to get an Rx, which he could then declare his EPO as cancer meds and that he going back to the states and be totally fine, he decided to TRAFFIC banned drugs across international borders and risking felony prison time in either the USA or MEXICO.

I know this is a random thing to point out but this guy is either unbelievably retarded or a huge meglomaniac or both.

And again, just so we are clear. There is literally no difference between smuggling EPO without an Rx into the states or smuggling heroin as far as the law is concerned.

On top of that, assuming the EPO wasn't a freeze dried powder that needed to be reconstituted, transporting it without refrigeration (let alone taped to your body lol)is just beyond retarded.

Getting an rx for xanax is likely much easier than getting one for epo. Xanax is a fairly benign drug at least so far as acute toxicity is concerned. Incorrect EPO usage can and has led to death. I doubt these "doctors" want to risk their sweet set up by prescribing some dude off the street epo.

So, where are the criminal charges going to come from?

Come on dude, you think a professional athlete should declare 40 vials of EPO at customs? Isn't there a record of that? Imagine if Barry Bonds was being investigated and the UPS guy was like "Actually, I have his signature from a delivery of steroids yesterday."

No athlete, no matter how dumb, is putting their name on anything that has the damn name of the drug on it.
