Not sure you can put Kipyegon in that category though.

She has been racing abroad consistently, at the highest level for 15+ years, taking multiple drugs test outside her country. Not even just 1 race/championship abroad each year but multiple races.

The Kenyan system is very untrustworthy but her biological passport is probably the most consistent of any Kenyan in history.

Agreed but Sifan if she didn't love simply running so much to the point of doing these crazy triples would have stolen a title or 2 from faith.
