My guess is 10K-marathon double. She’s crazy, though.. in a way that fun to watch. I wouldn’t put is past her to try to go 5K-10k-marathon, but doing that she might end up 4th-4th-5th.
Emotional to watch this clip too but I'm sure Kiplagat ran for Kiptum today.

As I stated on another thread, Sifan Hassan should only race Marathon, Paris, 2024. Summer Olympics Marathon, often close to 80F for at least the second 1/2 of Marathon. Paris is hot in summer. The fresher Sifan Hassan is for Marathon, the greater likelihood of gold or silver. I just don't see her racing 91 or 92 or 93 seconds final 600m anymore on the track. Marathon at Olympics on a warm day won't be as fast as today's Marathon, Tokyo.

Kipchoge underestimated his mental strength following Kiptum's death upon which many people especially from his Kalenjin tribe pointed fingers and accused him ( on social media)of being responsible. Kipchoge tried to toughen up and hope those accusations would go away. But these emotions of false accusations were killing him on the inside. And unless he addresses this ( seek spiritual guidance), we will never see the Kipchoge we knew. I hope Kenyans realize that the day Kiptum died, they killed Kipchoge as well.
21 runners broke 2:10 and 9 of them were Japanese, although top Japanese finisher was only 9th. The Japanese seem to all run in a group together like a well oiled machine.
