You are right, no one deserves the death penalty.
I am opposed to the death penalty but Kohberger would be sentenced to die in any state that has one.
Perhaps, but ID has only murdered two since 1976, so he’s unlikely to be the third.
Even then, it’s likely he would be in solitary confinement which might be even worse than being executed.
True Idaho justice after his conviction would be allowing us to take him up the River of No Return in the winter and dump him off barefoot in little clothing “Wind River” style.

OK. How did Kohberger’s DNA end up on a knife sheath found right next to one of the victims? Barry Scheck and Dennis Fung won’t be participating in a Kohberger trial.
Kohberger pleaded guilty to killing the four students Nov. 13, 2022. He is serving four consecutive life sentences — one for the death of each of the students.
