Ahem, your link actual says 'Defund the police' vs. Fortress America NOT "Defund the police gains momentum across US". The story also states: "Defund the Police" does not ... mean taking all money that is currently spent on policing and doing something completely different with it. And the story also states: One defund petition suggests reallocating $45 million in police funding, about a quarter of the mayor's suggested 2020 budget of $193 million. Reading seems to be a great difficult for you.

What I said was exactly right. The CNN homepage said exactly why I posted. The text on the homepage does not always match the headline in the article.

I never said defund the police means taking away all money. In fact, in a subsequent post I complained about a proposed 12% reduction, which is smaller than the 25% reduction you mentioned.

Instead of trying to catch me in a typo, why don't you try to explain how a 25% reduction in the police budget would be beneficial?

Instead of trying to be completely clueless, why don't you look up multiple sites on what "defunding" the police actually would entail and you can agree or disagree with the actual meaning of it instead of posting idiotic ramblings against a slogan.

Why do they let fat people like this be cops? Of course you're going to need to use weapons if you've developed such a diseased, obese body that you are physically hardly a match for a toddler. This dude has a self-inflicted disability and his repugnant body shouldn't have been allowed into a police uniform in the first place.

I agree fat people shouldn't be allowed to be cops. But the guy grabbed the arm of the cop who was trying to arrest someone. That warrants getting smacked with a baton.
