Okay I normally support almost every hire and I truly believe in young coaches getting a chance, I can understand some people questioning the hire. I really hope she does well.
So Avery really is the long sprints coach and the XC head coach. The message to these kids is clear, we do not give 2 sheets about you! Enjoy getting mollywopped by the teammates that were almost yours. Until there is a total and complete regime change I will not be supporting this program. Halfway crooks do not exist.

I dunno...looks like the last coach they hired got swooped up by a Pac12/Big10 school - the premier public school in the entire country. Looks like someone at Sac State made too good of a decision if anything...are we saying they made such a good hire that a Power 4 school is going to swoop up this guy next year so they need to start hiring lesser candidates?

I’m pretty sure the goal of hiring someone isn’t that they leave in a year for another job. So technically it was a terrible hire both ways.
