1) I am NOT for college student loan debt forgiveness, but not for the reason most people aren't. I don't care that it's not fair to those who paid off their debts (boo hoo...not everything in life is fair). I'm against it because it doesn't help all people who need it and it is a TAD (not fully, but a tad) elitist. Not really a good long-term plan for Democrats. Democrats need to get back to supporting blue collar Americans...not to get their votes...because it is right. I ONLY do things because they are right.
2) The student loan debt thing is such a minor issue...it's an easy issue to attack, but in the grand scheme of things, it's small potatoes.
3) #1 and #2 above said, the whole Biden Presidency is in fact NOT like this at all. First of all, his ONLY job was to beat Trump...and he did that. That is the ONLY reason that the vast majority of us voted for him. We didn't require or expect a single thing more from him. BUT, we have gotten it...more gun control...more help for our veterans (and it's not enough)...expanding of the Affordable Care Act which does a LOT of good the ACA is PART of the reason the unemployment rate could drop so low...people can retire and be able to afford health care before age 65. This adds to our FREEDOM and it is a great thing. Infrastructure, guaranteed lower cost of prescription drugs (at no cost to tax payers), CHIPS and Science Act law which will bring high tech semiconductor chip manufacturing to the US. These are things that will help all Americans.
4) Most of the stuff in #3 above has nothing to do with a "green" agenda, so you're wrong about that.

We should follow this logic and make sure that no child is covered by health insurance. That would really cut down on health care costs. Children are easily avoidable (so long as you don't have sex). As a fairly active individual who doesn't drink and doesn't do drugs, I'd sign up tomorrow for a policy that didn't cover 2/3 of the stuff that insurance covers. Such a plan would likely cost 30% of what I pay now. Unfortunately, no such plan exists, so I am stuck paying a ton extra for the Cadillac coverage mandated by Obamacare. As someone who does not qualify for a subsidy, my premiums went up drastically when Obamacare was implemented (and my insurer stopped providing coverage in my state). The Affordable Care Act did not make care more affordable (just like the Inflation Reduction Act won't do anything for inflation and the American Rescue Plan not only did not "rescue" America, is the essential culprit behind the inflation pain we are currently experiencing).
