Derek Chauvin didn't plan out George Floyds death a week in advance. In fact, if it wasn't for the violent and criminal lifestyle that George Floyd led, the two of them would never had met. And even after the two met, it was never Chauvin's intent to kill Floyd. Charlie Kirk led a remarkable life; never violent nor initiated force upon anyone else. He had no chance, being struck down for merely speaking words, and then subsequently the left getting their furry pants in a bunch over it. Shame on the left, and shame on anyone comparing Charlie Kirk to George Floyd.

Murder doesn't need to be planned for weeks. You only need intent to kill for a second for it to be premeditated.
There is no other explanation for Chauvin carrying out an unauthorized hold and applying force which he would know would kill Floyd, other than he intended to kill him.
He knew the hold was dangerous and he knew how much force he was applying. Case closed.
