Looking like she drowning as the director at Dartmouth. Two people she hired last year have already been fired. And the result of losing Justin puts an additional 33 athletes on the Woman's XC coach who just finished her first year as a head coach and has never coached a male in her life. Doesn't sound like a productive working environment. These are just the facts.

to fire your men's distance coach right as the season is starting because you didn't see eye to eye with him on everything is absolutely ridiculous. she is leaving the entire distance program hurting very seriously because she is on a power trip, completely putting aside the well-being of her team for her own selfish reasons.
not everyone is cut out for being a director, she is a shining example of someone who has no idea what they are doing
