Last week, on Sept. 1, Gunnison locals Bryan Wickenhauser, 50, and Dominic Danni, 46, were arrested on felony drug warrants. The arrest was conducted by the Gunnison Police Department and members of the 7th Judicial District...
Gunnison will be getting a new coach, it is merely a question of when. One knows the administration has already talked about this, and probably to her.

They won’t get a new coach. The community will support her and so will Western. They have no choice as it’s an illegal to fire her for those reasons. She technically has nothing to do with it
Devin West has screwed over more programs than you can count on both hands and almost up to both hands and feet. Why do coaches keep hiring this dude? Anyone with common sense would ask themselves.......hmmmm, this guy has moved a lot.....can all those programs be wrong about him? Just amazing that there are lots of great young people out there waiting for an opportunity and he keeps coming back.
Seems to be an asset instead of a negative unfortunately.
Georgetown hired a coach who has had 4 jobs in the last year
Looking at his bio, he strikes me as a competent coach who has not received the recognition he deserves for his accomplishments. The likely scenario is his directors have taken credit for his work (as commonly happens.) Georgia must have appreciated his work, they brought him back. He appears to be good at both at coaching and recruiting. He was willing to work for lower tier programs to acquire his experience. Unless the detractors here can provide some concrete proof of any issues, his bio strikes me as someone who is clawing his way up in a ruthless industry.
Lol this is funny…yea Caryl brought him back and then fired him…he didn’t leave on his own. Give the guy a break. He got fired and found his next job. But it is a cry boy wolf situation so I get it lol. Also he didn’t coach anyone…he was just implementing the head coach workouts in athletes that were recruited and coached by the previous staff at UGA…

So you are saying all these head coaches are lazy and need someone like him to implement their workouts? If so, that is an industry niche and the guy is filling the niche. Sounds like maybe some people here are angry that for whatever reason they are unable to get those jobs implementing the schemes of head coaches. Seems like maybe all of you should find another line of work, not a good idea to keep tilting at windmills.
The WSU program has suffered for over 8 years now badly! A historic program gone to very very average at best. In final year of contract - so will be complete change next summer. Badly needed.

By the way, I don't know anything about him nor do I care, but since people here are belly aching about his ability to get so many jobs I suggest all of you now ask the question "how does he keep getting those jobs?" Then ask yourselves if you can also do the same and if not then think about a profession where you can get paid decently while enjoying a rewarding work environment.

Yes, very "historic." Chapin brought in Henry Rono and Samson Kimobwa. We should also cry for UTEP.
I am being serious folks can say what they want about the guy. He can recruit and build connections with student athletes. He was the head coach in waiting at Arizona State for a reason. That program has a lot to offer and it can do better.
