You said it was $1 under Obama. The stock price is what the future expected earnings of the stock will be. Apparently, under Obama they were extremely pessimistic of the future earnings.
At the onset it was. Then it grew to $16 when Obama handed off. Great stewardship. Whereas it is DOWN 30% since Trump was sworn in a few months ago.
And Trump took that 16 and zoomed it up to 295. Great, yes?

1) Ukraine wouldn't have stayed a war zone if I were president!

3) People wouldn't have been rioting in LA if I were president!
The 3rd one is particularly interesting, given that they're rioting exactly BECAUSE he's president.
And yet people would whine if he cracked down on protests - cries of “fascism”. It’s a no win situation, but he learned from 2020 that it’s better to crack down than tolerate violence.

Once upon a time in a supposedly great democracy, a president tried to shake down a state governor for 11,000 votes in order to illegally keep the presidency. On tape. Clear as day.
Fortunately, while the federal system was dumb enough and unprincipled enough to allow him to escape punishment for this, the states have significantly separate legal systems.
But he was still never punished in any system for what was clearly on tape.

Yep. Trump can die tomorrow, but what we've learned about Americans won't change one iota.

I guess he didn't learn from 2020 before Jan 6, 2021. Nor did he learn by Jan 21, 2025 when he pardoned over 500 rioters who injured about 150 police officers and vandalized the Capitol.

Good news: If Newsom pardons any of the LA rioters, Trumpers will keep Jan 6 in mind and not complain.
Interesting to note that the last time the National Guard was deployed without a Governor's approval was to discourage racism and allow a minority march in Alabama, 1965. This time it was to oppress a minority protest against the administration that is snatching up minorities without warrants, wearing masks, and deporting them without due process to non native countries.

Yeah, blacks protesting for equal rights is identical to illegal immigrants flying flags of foreign countries and setting cars on fire while whining about deportations!
