The good news is that rational people understand that one of the purposes of government is to give a kick in the direction we need to go in. We need to burn less stuff. We all should agree with that. Government subsidizing solar and other alt energy is absolutely an important role for government to take. Sure, gummint will miss a few times. But the kick is in the right direction and will help our children and on down the line.
Being against that...is like being against all the other stuff conservatives fought against and were proven wrong about.
