Uhhhh no, Trump did not hand Biden a "disaster" of an economy to fix. The economy was doing great, with the lowest unemployment in 50 years, before leaders shut the economy down due to covid. All that had to be done was to let businesses reopen to return to the previous state of the economy, which is what happened.
Biden is the one handing Trump the disaster of the economy, one that's built on a giant bubble of debt. The GDP growth and unemployment numbers were bought with borrowed money from the fed, which some say will never be able to be paid off. The economic figures you cite look good on paper if you leave out how fast our debt grew, which was. faster than GDP growth
