What do you all think happens in a situation like this? Unrealistic but not impossible that you can be married to someone for almost 20 years and not know about this operation or not be involved in some form or at least be tolerant of it. Is this a guilt by association situation? Or does Western turn a blind eye and carry forward?

All these "Head XC/Asst Track" coaches was not always a thing. Titles matter...a large number of folks are getting "Head XC" honors and it's either not warranted or they are just a glorified assistant.
