You would agree, though, that the hospital attack was by a wayward Hamas missile, yes?
Islamic Jihad, technically a different group than Hamas, is what the IDF said. The following were caused by the IDF’s missiles:
The World Health Organization (WHO) has documented 62 attacks on health care affecting 29 health care facilities (including 19 hospitals damaged and one destroyed) and 23 ambulances.
8 hospitals, including four in northern Gaza (Al-Ahli, Beit Hanoun, Hamad Rehabilitation, Al Karama, and Ad Dura) either sustained damage, destroyed or have had to be evacuated and are no longer operational.
The 17 hospitals that are still operational in Gaza City, North Gaza, and one hospital in Rafah are receiving evacuation orders from the Israeli military.
These hospitals have not been evacuated yet because doing so would immediately endanger the lives of their patients. There’s also no fuel to transport their patients and nowhere for them to go anyway.
European Gaza Hospital was attacked by Israeli strikes, damaging its entryway.
The Indonesian hospital is blacked out tonight, due to depletion of fuel and generators leading to complete a power outage.
None of these hospitals are ‘weapons depots’ or civilian shields. They’re under international management and are nondenominational, not political and not under Hamas control.
6000 Palestinians have been killed in Gaza, almost half are children.
Last night the Jabalya refugee camp was heavily bombarded, leaving at least 400 dead.
As of 22 October, 108 Palestinian families had lost ten or more of their members, 99 Palestinian families had lost 6 to 9 members, and 367 families had lost two to five of their members. Reports of at least 55 families being wiped out of registries entirely to date.
On 21 and 22 October, the Rafah crossing with Egypt was opened, allowing the entry of aid trucks equivalent to about 3% of the daily average volume of commodities entering Gaza prior to the hostilities.
Aid deliveries entering Gaza have not included fuel. UNRWA, the major internationally authorized humanitarian provider in Gaza, will exhaust its fuel reserves within the next 2 days.
THIS IS NOT A HOSTAGE RESCUE OPERATION. This will not destroy Hamas. It will destroy Gaza, turn hundreds of thousands of people into refugees, who will become targets of recruitment for Hamas. 5 years from now, they will be Hamas fighters. This is not how you defeat terrorism.

Excellent post
Not an excellent post. One of the crappiest and most biased posts I have ever read here. Not one mention what Hamas has done to Israel.
Hey clueless, it was HAMAS who surprise attacked Israel with thousands of missiles and began butchering, beheading and burning alive women, children and babies. Do I need to repeat that: Hamas was butchering, beheading and burning alive women, children and babies. It was not Israel who bombed the hospital. It was the dumbsh%ts in Hamas who bombed the hospital and continue to bomb Gaza because they are too stupid to aim missiles. If they had not used $billions in aid to build missiles and weapons and other crap, they could have spend that money to make Gaza a much more vibrant land.
HAMAS started this war and they are butchers, animals and savages. Let's eliminate all of them and maybe we can have productive negotiations.

Yes, it was an excellent post because he brought receipts while you continue to vomit the same lines and are unable to get past the Hamas attack. Let me try this Barnie style for you:
- Hamas murdered over 1,000 people (mostly civilians), and destroyed their homes in a surprise terrorist attack.
- Israel has murdered over 6,000 people (mostly civilians), destroyed dozens of hospitals and health care facilities not harbored by Hamas, bombed refugee camps, wiped out entire families, bombed civilians on their way out of northern Gaza (per their orders), damaged the vital border crossing with Egypt, has displaced hundreds of thousands of Palestinians, destroyed thousands of buildings/residences, and is preventing 2.3 million Palestinians from accessing food, water, electricity, and fuel.
Now you can continue being a dumbfk and repeating the same basic lines, or you could at least acknowledge the much larger scale of Israel's brutality against civilians. And you can keep trying to justify it by pretending Israel is somehow wiping out Hamas with these actions and a couple million Palestinians just happen to be in the way, or you could be like TheIdiot and directly acknowledge you want all Palestinians to get wiped out.
do WHO research tunnels under hospitals? of course not.
whose decision is it that a hospital is no longer operational? the idf?
why should israel provide aid to an enemy? did the us provide petrol to german hospitals towards the end of ww2?
it has been shown time and time again that missile lauch sites are deliberately next to hospitals etc using them as human shields, hence the errant rocket.
the numbers used for gaza casualties are provided by a terrorist organisation, yet you use them as gospel.
fuel was reported to be hours away from running out early last week, not in two days time. where did the fuel come from?

You could use common sense to draw your own estimation of loss and damage from thousands of bombs and a total blockading of fuel, electricity, water, food and forced displacement of half of Gaza... in addition to Israel doing everything to prevent reporting of their carnage. Or you could just keep justifying Israel's completely disproportional destruction with whataboutisms and because "Hamas may be there". Many of you have instantly jumped on the IDF's bandwagon that Gaza has to be totally destroyed because the enemy could be anywhere. Someone has yet to answer how this will defeat Hamas in the short and long run, and that the losses inflicted to do it justified. Seems like too many are just happy to eradicate Palestinians in scale for revenge.
Btw - your tunnel comment is insane... there are tunnels all over Gaza, and they may run under hospitals (so IDF must bomb in those spots?).

it's tricky. We invaded Afghanistan and Iraq after 911, which most people think was a mad overreaction and, like a Gaza invasion would, resulted in the deaths of innocents, ... and, well, terrorism against the US from Islamic fundamentalists did pretty much end after that. There's an argument that fighting back does work and showing strength does work to protect a nation.

I have to say that every day that goes by makes a massive invasion by Israel less likely. They'll have to do something to save face, but giving an enemy a month to prepare for urban combat and then walking into their traps is military malpractice. Israel doesn't want to lose another 2000 lives doing this.
WSJ has a story today how Iran and others have been busy arming Palestinians in Gaza and the West Bank for a war. Gazans have not been sitting around drinking tea.
And then there's the whole diplomatic side...every NATO nation is telling Israel that their embassies in Islamic nations would be overrun and burned to the ground should there be a bloody invasion. Israel isn't very good at taking advice to moderate, but they aren't stupid either - they need allies in the West.

Channel 4 are a British station. There’s no way you watched what I posted. There wasn’t enough time.
You simply saw who posted it and dismissed all information contained within. That’s close minded.
you are correct that I didn't watch it. I saw in the caption that the source of a death count was the 'Gazan health ministry' and immediately my BS meter went to 10/10. I was protesting that and reminding people not to trust the palestinians on anything, especially casualty data.

So you’re commenting on something you did not watch. That seems intelligent.
The content is powerful and the footage of babies and toddlers bloodied and rushed to hospitals seems real.
Maybe you can dismiss them as crisis actors and be pleased with winning the internet. Impressive.
you called something 'barbaric' using data that can't be believed. If you want to agree that casualty counts are most likely wildly inflated by the palestinians I'd admire that.
Personally, I'm not going to spread info that is almost for sure false. You feel differently and do so.
