This term, he's picked more loyal people who won't oppose his agenda. It should be smoother, more streamlined, and more M'AGA. He's also picked even greater talent - Musk and Ramaswamy are great, Bessent is great, etc. The only huge talent missing this time (more so due to a quasi-retirement) is Ben Carson
