The problem is that there in a lot of insiders and cronyism in all these doping cases.

It took journalists to crack the Russian/ Sochi conspiracies .It should have been clear that something was wrong before the chief of the Russian lab eventually grassed all up..Forinstance we had unnatural salt levels etc .
The person in charge of the oversight of the testing in Sochi was the same person who was part of the coverup in the Edwards case !
So we have coverups in both the Sochi this testing and in the Edwards case .

Yet nothing is being done about the hiding of evidence in the Edwards case .

Part 2 80 page report done by expertDr Davies expert who makes the machines and backed up around the world by six independent experts assembled by MP Andrew Hunter all ignored hearing was told report was investigated But was conflict-of-interest as expert was investigating His own work there is no credible evidence to say the sample should’ve been analysed .
Did Prof Cowan do the analysis in the way that he was contracted to do by UK Sport and in the way that he gave evidence to the hearing?
Was there material differences in the way he did the analysis from that which he said he had done it?
Where either of the hearings made aware of the above?
Did the doping control agencies take an active roll of hiding the above?
Did the doping control agencies in any material way mislead the Minister of Sport in his statements in Parliament?

For some reason i suspect Paul won’t be formally exonerated until he’s no longer with us. It goes to show we are all pawns in the game of life. If any of you think this could never happen to an innocent person, much less yourself, just ask Paul what it’s like to feel like nobody can hear you and nobody wants to.
To be honest, i think I’d be so disillusioned by the repeatedly botched tests and kangaroo courts that I’d just end it all.
I respect your courage to not give up, Paul and really wish i could help. It almost looks like you’re in an abyss that is also a vacuum; falling further and further from relevancy with no air to carry your pleading voice up to the light.
While what has transgressed in the courts is shameful, it’s more depressing knowing there are others who have been falsely convicted, some being falsely imprisoned who also have no real voice and will go to the grave without the world knowing the truth. And that is the world i live in.

The problem with Letsrun owners is that they only take sides when one of the coaching sides is someone they don’t like or are jealous of.It is not justice they are after it is only personal.
I will keep fighting anyway I can hopefully get cleared before I die .whoknows we will see.
We will not hear any other "side" from Paul's accusers I suspect because they have no defence for their actions. Anything they say will be actionable and land them in court - an outcome they can not risk. Their only safety is in dishonourable silence.

The nature of evidence in rape cases is in the news again. A Judge telling police not to automatically accept evidence.
This is what happened in the Edwards case.
Whatever the lab said was deemed ok.No checks were made, nothing happened when hiding evidence was clear, nothing happened when the hidden evidence made it clear Edwards was not guilty.
This a classic case of a moral panic causing all normal checks and balances to be ignored.
Edwards has been subject to appalling cover ups of a huge stitch up.
Well now over 20 years ago cover up has been going on !
Police had to admit too wrongdoings in two rape cases and rectify immediately

First, there is no legal or judicial process in arbitration.
Second, the lawyers and panel members (they can do either job depending on the case) are mostly employed in one way or another by the sports federations. So, there is no independence.
The IAAF wants him gone and it seems like he won't go quietly. Ask Floyd Landis how that worked out.
