Wow North Central is looking good. Some serious depth there.
Cortland ran today at the Lock Haven course and looked solid but not incredible. Its a little hard to interpret the results cus the course was slow and the race was small, but they didn't look much better and maybe weren't quite as strong as they were as Paul Short. Last year they tore up Paul Short and then didn't seem to improve much so that could be the case this year.
UW La Crosse ran at the Jim Drews Invite and their top 3 looked damn good, running not too far off Wisconsin's top guys. Their top 5 average was similar to what they ran at that race when they won nationals in 2005, so it seems they can definitely run with Cortland and maybe North Central.
Looks like Allegheny did not have a good day today, with a spread of over a minute. If they run more like they did at Paul Short they (and keep improving of course) they are likely a podium team, but if they don't get that spread down, there are a lot of teams that will beat them, as NYU showed today.
