Who said *only*? On the contrary, I said nothing indicates "that (pork stomach and boneless butts) was the maximum extent of discussion by all parties about pork consumption".
What I also said is that the CAS told us about other ingredients before both the WA/AIU and the CAS: "fat" and "chorizo". So we already know it is not *only* pork stomach and butt, just from an incomplete CAS report. The WA expert witnesses failed to rebut these ingredients, as did "do the math".
What I also see is that Prof. Ayotte's Canadian study (the Guay study) shows values of the three subjects ranging from -19.77 to −22.43. Note that "three" is a small sample size. She told the CAS -18.5 to -21.0. I wonder what else she has misremembered?
