They can and they have. In 2021 I ran the Twin Cities 10 mile and then went to the Vikings game.

Olympic channel coverage is pretty good. It's the same video feed, but the commentary is far better. I'm using a South Korean IP as a previous poster suggested

It literally didn't come up in the search results. I had to scroll through the sports category to find it.
