Having vast experience, the system functions by autodeleting any post that gets a certain number of reports. One person with a vpn can make multiple reports and autodelete anything, typically in a few minutes. The autodeleted post is not lost and can be restored, but then it can be autodeleted again. There was a DOS attack the day the HU scandal broke and I suspect the same person(s) found a weakness in the system and are trying to prevent discussion. I think I hold the all-time record for most autodeleted posts. Something to place on the tombstone I guess.
you undoubtedly have had the most posts autodeleted due to the hate you've generated
and you're responsible for the most posts being autodeleted due to the fact you routinely do the exact thing you cry about others doing
@rojo your site is being absolutely rekt by clowns like astro

Actually I have never reported a post ever. So that is utterly nonsensical. Beyond that I take it as a badge of honor to be autodeleted on this thread, which means I am over the target.
This is going to be an unpopular opinion. I don't think Mia will improve post high school. Her build isn't in her favor. A few years ago a great long jumper went to Iowa State named Kate Hall. She jumped 22-6 indoors for the high school record. I don't think she has cleared 22 feet since then.
I think Mia ends up the same way.
Mia is still developing and is very young and we really have no idea what she’s going to look like in a few years. I’m going to give her the benefit of the doubt and say that she gets stronger and improves.
On the topic of this thread - it is all getting settled today. Wiley qualifies and this thread stays active or she misses out and the thread sinks in the standings. I would like to see her advance but do so without all of hubbub.
Mia B-P - good news if she plateaus at 11.05, she'll make the next 13 usatf finals
Wiley - if in a miracle she makes the team, we'll get an accelerated answer on sponsoring and 23/24 school plans. If she misses, don't be surprised with another year at HU while this all plays out in court. There is a u23 event this summer, would usatf nominate her?
And the race. Wiley will back up her 4:03 pb with another 4:03. Mu will knock 2 more seconds off her pb dropping to 4:08. The Budapest team will, however all break 4: Johnson, McGee and MacLean.

fair enough.
surely letsrun admin can see the ip or some identifier of who is mass-reporting posts to get them deleted without mod-review?

It’s hard. Use a VPN to keep changing your IPN and delete cookies so the site can’t track your computer. Not sure what else they can really do without changing their site significantly.
For all those doping accusers: Do you know that Addy Wiley is a cancer survivor who had a large tumor that was between her diaphragm and right lung removed when she was very young and lives with the constant threat of the cancer returning. Do you really think she would want to put any kind of junk into her body?.

Based on tonight, Addy is not a superstar. 4:04 is nothing to be ashamed of, but she was outkicked by a very inferior field. My guess is Mu will not run the 1500 at worlds. I doubt that any of the U.S. women will make the final.
