Well. Today I learned that there are still people that believe Trump is running for President for the good of the country instead of the reason he blatantly has been telegraphing daily since he announced.
He wants to cry political witch hunt when the law started hunting him down.

Are all you Trumpers reading the indictment? Waiting for your spin, but it’s g-d awful and damning. Like, it couldn’t be worse on the documents retained, what he did with them, how he lied and obstructed….This is no Stormy Daniels hush money scandal .Yes, if Biden did this too, send him away as well, but he didn’t, but Trump did.

I never understood how anyone ever considered him charismatic. Back in the late 80s, I thought he was a particularly unpleasant but easy to dismiss mashup of Sam Beauregard and Gordon Gekko. And in recent years it’s been the same, except a less intelligent, less likable, more petty, more emotionally damaged, more dangerous version of that. But the man can bounce back better than flubber, he can sell to the right audience, and he’s gotta be considered one of the all-time great grifters, if you can admire that sort of thing.

I don't think there is any doubt whatsoever that DJT is the best pure politician that any of us has seen since maybe FDR. Maybe Reagan. No one else summons this kind of blind loyalty and willingness to overlook any of the candidate's flaws. Trumpies identify with trump in ways no one else does with any other politician. For many trumpers, this is the first time they feel any politician has spoken to them directly. Trump is brilliant at this.
He's a massively gifted salesman and has tens of millions of genuine supporters who love him.

What the hell is wrong with you? You are defending Trump’s right to take a document summarizing the nuclear war vulnerabilities of the nation, keep them in his bathroom and show it to his friends? You honestly think this is justifiable behavior and behavior that should not be prosecuted? What is the 2nd tier of justice? Is there a single citizen of this country who would not be prosecuted if they did this? You only have a 2 tier system if YOU DO NOT prosecute this behavior.

Trump *stole* secret documents from the Department of Defense, Department of Energy, Department of State, and Bureau of Intelligence and Research. the National Reconnaissance Office, and the Central Intelligence Agency and would not turn them over when asked. He left some of them on state in a MF ballroom at Mar-a-lago. They got him on 38 Counts, homie.

What the Republican leadership has failed to do is adapt their platform to appeal to a larger percentage of the population. Political beliefs of the masses are not static. The political beliefs small population groups are mostly static. This is Politics 101, the first class syllabus/lecture.
The GOP, by holding firm to short-sighted ideologies they will fall to the wayside like other parties in the past. A new conservative party will take their place, lead by people like those the current republicans have out-cast, and leaving the Freedumb Caucus members alone to play with themselves.
One thing the defunct American political parties had in common was, conservatism, protectionism, immigration control, and supporting businesses over the people.

Don't forget that Merde Lago flood that flooded the computer room that held copies of surveillance videos the DOJ ordered Trump to secure. An employee drained the pool and directed the water into the computer room. It was just an accident, and it is guaranteed Trump wrote off the loss and damage caused on his taxes.
