Sign away all your rights to a POS who doesn’t care about you at all. You’ll be like the North Koreans who gleefully accept the misery their god incarnate doles out to them.
Is it possible that every president that preceeded Trump just didn’t realize they had kingly powers? Or is it more likely that all of them understood the constraints of the Constitution and the law? Courts ruling against the Trump admin 90%+ would suggest the latter. Previous presidents and administrations would be embarrassed by losing this much. No knowledge and no shame is a bad combination.
Not for nothing, but you guys do understand that you are part of a smaller and smaller minority group in this country, yes?
In other words, you are the fringe group. We will try to do what we can for you, when we can, but there are Hispanics and others that we must listen to first.
You didn't address anything in my post. Also, Trump won with a 1% larger minority than Harris, but both were a minority vote. Currently the majority disapproves of Trump / maga.

Incorrect!
Thank you to Fox News and Jesse Watters for covering our reporting tonight:
For the first time in modern American history, a clear *majority* of voters approve of the direction of the country.
This is monumental. America is typically bitterly divided. Trump’s numbers don’t… pic.twitter.com/SmMNKJOmbN
The court blocked the tariffs Trump issued pursuant to the International Emergency Economic Powers Act. IEEPA does not authorize the president to levy tariffs. It allows the president to declare an emergency and freeze assets, confiscate property and block transactions. Jimmy Carter used it to respond to Iran by implementing sanctions under the Act. As the court noted, there are a number of statutes that have expressly delegated the tariff authority to the president under certain conditions. IEEPA simply has no language in it that gives the president the power under the act to implement tariffs.

This determination about the tariffs was not by a district court judge but was a unanimous decision by three judges on the U.S. Court of International Trade: one a Reagan appointee, one appointed by President Trump.
