Exactly. It's the feats he claims prior to the OP incident in Kansas that is completely unbelievable.

In order for it to fit in the limit for anon upload, I had to remove the part of the KML that composed the solid line for the path along the roads, but that was irrelevant anyway because it contained no timestamps.

All the timestamped checkpoints of his progress are in there so you can calculate distances/speeds.

People forget that these are PROFESSIONAL cheaters. Their income depends on this. It's not like Rossi or Litton who just wanted some fame in their local communities. The guys in the RV do this to make a living. They'll do ANYTHING to make a profit from this. And they have very little to lose. So no, it's not "absurd" cheating. If anything, it's fraud.

Rob started that evening about 3 miles from Emporia, so he must have dropped off the pace quick, and then didn't have to run too far to get to a town. Either that, or he ran to the next town and called his crew, but the next town is Lebo where he was too afraid of knife-wielding crazies to talk to anyone.

According to this, they are calling Asher a liar since they are claiming they have footage where Rob is RUNNING past the car wash 9 minutes after the RV passes.

The video I recently posted was of a person 9 minutes after the RV passed. I don't know if that is Rob or not. I think the whole "I have run every step, come see for yourself" is the part where they are calling me a liar.

i think a lot of us thought the glory days for letsrun were gone. webb v ritz (v hall), jason rexing (he'd have no trouble breaking this record of course), jtupper, pervy JasonInAsia, etc ...over a decade ago! and yet, here we are. robert young, you deluded maniac, you have brought us all together.

I don't think you can turn off cadence? HR is optional cadence is automatic (I thought). On the TomTom you cannot see your lap splits, you have to upload everything to a computer (including cadence) to see these.

All you see on the watch (after running) is the total time, and distance. For the splits or anything else in a run you need to use the MySports page. Pin the video explaining what they had done after this started happening, you can see the TomTom data. It has all already been uploaded to a computer.

I have wondered how he can afford to do all these endurance stunts. Not just this transcon thing with 3 of them with plane tickets across the pond, in an RV, in hotels, in restaurants, with gear, etc. But his entire schedule is on his website and is booked full. Does he have a job any more except running? And he has a partner and kids. Are the book sales that good? I can't imagine that if he's buying twitter followers.
