How hard is it to manage NCAA requirements? It isn't rocket science and most schools have compliance depts. that manage all that.

You'd think it would be simple, yet coaches are screwing up things like this every year. Every school has varying levels of compliance support. You also need to double check your compliance departments sometimes because they might even get rules wrong.
