Other than some support for LGBTQ people, there are no specifics about his politics other than vague assertions that he was shifting to the "left" based on what some family members said. I was aware that he existed and that that he was some sort of right wing gadfly/influencer, but that's about it. I'd never heard him speak and didn't know about his specific views on any issues. The more I learn about him the less I like him.
