He is now saying "we have agreed to have the debate on Fox News (my propaganda network). This is a lie. There is no agreement. Maybe he agreed with fox news.
The reason he couldn't debate last week was because Kamala Harris was an "illegitimate" nominee of some type. Today she is the official nominee so Trump has abandoned that excuse.
