Etelman and Pease out at Ball State. Empty house in the MAC
Are you sure Pease is leaving? Rumor was that she had accepted head coaching position at Ohio, but that was more than a week ago and no announcement at Ohio yet. Change of heart?

Who the heck is this Michael Porter guy that Vanderbilt hired? A volunteer coach from Kentucky?!!!!
Obviously some guy who played the game right and knew the right woman. She hired someone she trusts. Ready to gargle balls yet?

Looks like the only staff he is keeping is Luke Bryant

But why tho? What’s the necessity for two throws coaches? EVER lol
You’re a trash person. Keep your comments to the GLIAC
Incorrect. No coach is being kept. Frazier will need some good hires to support the current structure or the portal will be wide open.

No not really, It’s irrelevant to me at this point. And remember he’s really coaching one gender, hopefully he makes use of the roster he has now because that aid is going to shift out of distance slowly but surely.
Central Missouri asst
If you're good at coaching, you're good at connecting with people, and you're also good at networking. There are no exceptions.
People claiming they're great coaching but with no connections aren't actually great coaches at all.

Remember when someone said AT was going to hire a super qualified distance coach "because she always thinks 3 steps ahead"

Exactly, and then you don’t have to gargle balls, those kids usually don’t last in this profession. Coaches connect with you when they see what’s happening with your team the turnaround. Basically recruit hard develop your athletes others will notice you. You get that chance by getting it done at the volunteer/GA level at least that’s how it was for us.

False. If you have no one to say you are good no one will hire you. I outperformed entire conferences this year and can’t get an interview as a young white male. Because I do not like balls in my mouth
