So what does Favreau expect to happen? Harris had ~100 days to convince people to vote for her. Clearly a plurality of voters were seeking change. She's basically incapable of running as a change candidate, because she was involved in current policy, and if she tried to claim she wasn't and throw Biden under the bus, she likely alienates and loses voters on the Dem side.
It's to the point where every 4 years feels like it's going to be a change election. The incumbency isn't going to be a good thing, anymore. People's memories are too short and they expect change immediately. No patience.
Amazing she has the temerity to throw this out there, when she was part of the coup, but she’s partly right. Turns out cynical Americans also care about issues like the border insurrection, endless money vacuum wars that need not have started but for poor, feckless leadership, and censorship/wokeism/Marxism-Leninism.
Trump is a symptom, not a problem. Remember that. Shame Biden/Harris didn’t care about the border and consistently antagonized on social issues, thinking reproductive rights was the above-all-else winning issue they thought it was. And J6.
Appears Trollminator doesn’t have the balls to show his face around here. Figures. He was every bit the 20-something, arrogant, know nothing college student that I said he was. Perhaps he’ll grow up and actually contribute to society constructively and with his own capital someday.
I personally believe that Trollminator made another account called Nonsense. He had ripped me through the months, and years prior, then shortly after Flagpole arrogantly responded to a verifiable link I posted, using one word, nonsense---an account was made called Nonsense. I'd bet the farm that it was Trollminator.
But when the loss came, he couldn't answer to me anymore and bailed on both accounts. Trust me, he opened up another handle, that there is NO doubt about it. Bottom line: He knows that he and Flagpole were wrong to exponential levels and he made excuses as well.

Yeah, there'll be a change for sure in 4 years, but it'll be another Republican as people are tired of the insanity of the left....but you stay left honey, we like when you waste your time voting for a loser who gave you nothing in return but lies. Border czar my butt, more like bus and fly them in czar. Messed up Democrats, LOL as now they can eat trash.
Nikki Haley is a Democrat. Mike Pompeo is a Democrat. Lindsey Gay Graham is definitely a Democrat. Lisa F*ckowski and her husband Susan Collins are Democrats. Dan Crenshaw is a f*cken Democrat, Tom Cotton is also a Democrat. Mitch F*cken McConnell obviously a die hard Democrat. Who the f*ck knows what Mitt Romney is. And John Thune and his wife John Cornyn, there is no question beyond the shadow of a doubt they are Democrats. Remember they were all defeated on November 5, 2024.
President-Elect Donald Trump has released a jaw-dropping new video detailing his 10-step plan to destroy the Deep State. While the border and deportations are priority number one, steps #7 and #9 appe
"I am going to invite you to attend a Trump rally".
In hindsight, you can't overstate how brilliant that was. A stroke of genius. This is the very moment that the Harris campaign thought they might test the waters and see if Trump could control his impulses. To see how deep Trump's mental illness is. To see if Trump could stay on message. To see if Trump could avoid swinging feces on the debate stage. This line came very quickly in the debate. It came during the discussion of immigration. Immigration was Trump's top issue. Immigration is the topic that Trump could have done some damage to Harris with the "border czar" stuff. Trump could have set the stage to possibly dominate the night at that moment. That little 30 second deviation by Harris about how Trump's rallies are pathetic and people leave early was all it took to push Trump off message and cause him to harm himself and turn into the crazy, angry deranged, guy at the end of the bar. So Trump wasted his 2 minute opportunity to nail Harris on the border czar stuff and instead talked about "Eating dogs". Making people laugh at him across the country. It took 30 seconds for Harris to cause Trump to humiliate himself and his campaign. And his supporters.
K. Harris debate performance will go down as one of the best in Presidential history.

As many on the left and Europeans have been saying forever (and very annoyingly to me before Trump), America is arguably a very “simple” country. Clear evidence:
- Vast majority of Americans (including me) couldn’t even rudimentally explain the causes of inflation. - Vast majority couldn’t tie inflation to the actions of Biden.
- Have no idea how our post-Covid inflation compared to the rest of the world.
- Have EVERY reason in the world to understand that Trump doesn’t care about other humans. - Every reason to be utterly unconvinced of Trump’s ability to fix things or even be basically competent.
- Despite all of the above, comes to conclusion: The economy is most important, and we need to “CHANGE back to Trump, because HE will make it better. (along with all of the very clear non-economic risks that come with him).
As I’ve said many times, I’m glad that I don’t make a living from trying to figure out how to make irrational thinkers think rationally. But above DOES represent objectively irrational thought. And lines up with a popular vote victory!! God (or someone) help us.
Inflation is at 3.2 %, unemployment numbers are very low, stocks have done very well, the economy continues to be booming and Trump showed himself to be a lunatic during the debate, Harris will be our next president.
Biden let way too many immigrants in but Trump threw him a lifeline when he blocked the bi-partisan border bill. Biden has tightened up the border anyway and illegal immigration has drastically declined. Trump could not lie and distance himself from project 2025. Republicans think they know better than females and doctors and pissed off many people. Harris will be our next president.
Some republicans are turning on the lunatic and other who had leaned toward Trump might stay home. The anti-trunp voted is motivated to vote. Trump is doomed.
Question for the Libs here. I know Flagpole guaranteed Kamala will win so she obviously WILL win (Don't think back to 2016). But let's pretend that Donald DOES win. How many of you clowns moving to Canada? 100%? 130%?
1) Kamala Harris will win (unless she dies or Trump cheats like he did in 2016, or aliens from another planet come down here and make us vote for Trump). I don't use the word "guarantee" though, because I'm not putting anything on the line other than my sterling reputation. She will win. It's over.
2) Not planning to move if Trump wins. If he wins and starts rounding up Democrats and killing or imprisoning them though, then I would move elsewhere, and it wouldn't be Canada. And let's be clear...that is NOT out of the question for him and his then emboldened followers. He's a madman. [Note: a REPUBLICAN Sherriff here in Ohio in Portage County posted online that residents of the county should write down the address of anyone with a Harris/Walz sign in their yard.] So, um...yeah. Trumpism right there. Dangerous and anti-American.
Joe Biden was earning about $200,000 and has been in Congress for about 50 years. He ALSO has a pension approaching $200,000 annually.
$200,000 x 50 = 10 million
$200,000 x 50 + 10 million
He gets everything comped and tons of free stuff. I believe his house is paid for.
Jill has been a doctor for about 40 years.
So $20,000,000 and maybe Jill made $15 million in 40 years.
Add in equity appreciation.
So maybe they should be worth at the minimum $50 million when Joe left office - and they were worth $1.5 milliion - something fishy there.
You are a legal scholar (great work with that whole "Trump is not a convicted felon" thing), so you are familiar with the falsus in uno doctrine.
Since you lied about those drunk driving statistics ("statistics show that a person convicted of DUI has driven drunk 200 times"), it would be reasonable for people to conclude that you lie about everything.
The Manhattan judge who oversaw Donald Trump’s hush-money criminal trial will now consider whether to toss the president-elect’s historic felony conviction before he re-returns to the W???

1 - Inflation rates.

4 - The degree to which Ukraine is being a** ra*ed by Trump’s buddy Putin.
5 - The big “improvements” in transgender tolerance across America (it was REALLY important, so I assume that Trump is going to be great at rolling back the tolerance nationwide).

If the majority of the population is “simple”, then the dems did a terrible job appealing to those voters. “Simple” people don’t think boys can become girls. “Simple” people understand their household budget even if they don’t understand macroeconomics. “Simple” people want a secure border.
The dems ran a campaign telling Americans that the economy is actually good and that you’re a bigot if you don’t support transgender policy. Comparing inflation of the US to other countries doesn’t make the typical American feel any better about spending $1k more on basic needs than they did 4 years ago. Telling “simple” Americans that wanting a secure border is racist, doesn’t alleviate their concerns of illegal aliens committing violent crimes.
If many dems think like you, then the republicans will continue to win political races. Youre so locked in a bubble that you’re blaming the voters. Never blame the voters, blame the party that couldn’t convince them to vote for their platform. At this point, the dems have made policy dogmatic and it cost them the presidency, senate, and Congress. Look for Trump to continue appointing conservative judges as well. “Elections have consequences”.

Oh, and can I add two 4-8 year old items from his last administration?
